Unlike a typical gym or training center, we are a charity. We offer a variety of classes designed to help you build confidence, develop new skills, and feel empowered. All of our programs are led by experienced and supportive trainers who are committed to your success.

 

  • Training: This comprehensive program is perfect for those with no prior experience. You'll start with an electronic airsoft shooting house, a safe and controlled environment to learn the fundamentals of handling and safety. Once you feel comfortable, you can choose to advance to a live shooting range.

 

  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Led by elite trainer Mark Massey, these classes will teach you practical skills for self-defense and help you learn to "read" people and situations. This training focuses on breathing techniques, body control, and building the self-confidence that comes from knowing you can take care of yourself.

 

  • Muay Thai Kickboxing: This powerful martial art teaches you how to properly use your hands, feet, and legs for both self-defense and exercise. You'll learn proper kicking and striking techniques while strengthening your body. This class is not only a great workout but also a way to build inner and outer strength.

 

  • MBC/CBC Training: This class offers an additional skill to support your personal safety and confidence. You’ll learn safe, controlled ways to handle a defensive tool, helping you build self‑assurance, awareness, and a stronger sense of personal empowerment.
